Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Item is unworn, unaltered, and unused
  • Item is not a final sale or clearance item

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@ivori.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond to your request within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments, and bank processing times may vary. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company to see if the refund has been posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ivori.shop and we will investigate further.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@ivori.shop and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for orders over $75, to ensure your returned item is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
